Shipping & Orders

Orders placed before 14:00 are shipped the same day. Delivery within Belgium takes 1–3 business days. International orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

We process orders quickly. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at ilovenootropics@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.

Yes. Once your order is picked up by the carrier, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. If you haven't received the shipping confirmation email within 48 business hours, please check your spam folder or contact us.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving it. Send a photo of the product and the damaged packaging through our contact form and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you. Your satisfaction is our priority.
