As soon as the carrier picks up your package, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link. You can also check the status from your account.
The carrier makes up to two delivery attempts. After that the package is held at your nearest pickup point for 7 days, then returns to our warehouse and we refund the product cost.
