Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday during business hours. Orders placed before 14:00 (CET) on business days are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 or on weekends and Spanish public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

Delivery Times and Costs

Spain — Peninsula and Balearic Islands Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days Free shipping on orders over €49 · €3.99 on orders below €49 Carrier: Correos Express / SEUR A tracking email is sent as soon as your order is collected.

Spain — Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days Cost: Calculated at checkout Please note that shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla may be subject to additional customs fees applied by local authorities. These fees are not included in the order price and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Western Europe France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Luxembourg Estimated delivery: 4–6 business days Cost: From €5.99 (depending on weight and destination)

Central and Northern Europe Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania and rest of EU Estimated delivery: 6–10 business days Cost: From €7.99 (depending on weight and destination)

Packaging

All orders are shipped in discreet, secure packaging with no reference to the contents on the outside. Products are packed with protective material to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Undelivered Orders

If the carrier is unable to deliver after two attempts, the package will be held at the nearest collection point for 7 calendar days. After this period, the package will be returned to our warehouse and we will process a refund for the product (excluding shipping costs).

Delays

We do our best to meet estimated delivery times. Occasionally, delays may occur due to carrier issues or customs processing. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us with your order number and we will track it for you.
