Our Commitment

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer rights legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU) and Spanish consumer law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us before the 30-day period expires by emailing ilovnootropics@gmail.comwith your order number and your intention to return the product. We will confirm receipt within 48 hours and provide return instructions.

You must return the product within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to withdraw.

Return Conditions

Products may be returned in their original packaging. Opened products may be returned provided the hygiene seal has not been broken. Once the hygiene seal is broken, the product cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, in accordance with Article 103(e) of Royal Decree 1/2007.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was sent, in which case we will cover all return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. You will be notified by email once the refund has been processed.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us immediately at ilovnootropics@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Products with a broken hygiene seal cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
