Orders placed Monday–Friday before 3 PM CET are prepared the same day. Orders placed later, on weekends or national holidays are processed the next business day.
As soon as the carrier picks up your package from our warehouse, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link. You can also check the status any time from your account.
The carrier makes up to two delivery attempts. If neither succeeds, the package is held at your nearest post office or pickup point for 7 calendar days. After that it returns to our warehouse and we refund the product cost (shipping fees not included).
No. All our shipments use plain brown cardboard with no logos or product descriptions on the outside. The shipping label only contains the information needed for delivery.
No. Since all our products are manufactured and shipped from inside the European Union (Germany, Slovakia, Bulgaria), shipments within the EU are duty-free. No surprise charges on delivery.
If more business days have passed than the estimate for your zone, email us at [email protected] with your order number and we'll trace it with you. Most carrier delays resolve within 24–48h.
Only if the order hasn't been packed yet. Email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and the new address. If it's already on the way, you'll need to arrange the address change directly with the carrier using your tracking number.
